Terms of Service

By using SearchByAI (searchbyai.co), operated by C.M. Leal LTDA, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SearchByAI monitors how AI platforms answer buyer questions about your brand, product, or website. We ask AI assistants and search surfaces the questions your buyers ask, measure whether you are mentioned, show the sources shaping the answers, and recommend fixes. We are not affiliated with the AI platforms we check.

Nobody can force an AI to recommend you, and we do not promise rankings or mentions. We measure honestly, recommend what is actually fixable, and show whether it moved. AI answers change constantly — every snapshot is a point-in-time measurement, not a guarantee.

Keep your account details accurate and your access secure. One account per person or company. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months. The Free plan is a limited one-time audit per project, and free project data may be deleted after 30 days if the account has not upgraded.

Do not abuse the service: no scraping or reselling our reports, no reverse engineering, no auditing websites you have no legitimate interest in, no use that breaks the law or third-party rights.

We own the service. You own your project content, and you may use your reports freely. Answers quoted from AI platforms remain subject to those platforms’ terms.

The service is provided “as is”. Business decisions based on reports are yours. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. We will flag meaningful changes in the service.
