Who we are

SearchByAI (searchbyai.co) is operated by C.M. Leal LTDA. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, via Google sign-in or an email sign-in link (handled by Supabase).
Project content: the brand or product URL, name, description, target customer, competitors, and questions you add to a project.
Usage data: basic service analytics so we can see what works and fix what does not.
Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not track your activity outside SearchByAI. We do not collect social media credentials.

How we use your data

We use your project content to run AI visibility checks: we send buyer-style questions about your brand, product, or website to AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and xAI) and to search-data providers, then build your reports from the answers. We use your email to sign you in and to send service messages about your account.

Public data we scan

We read publicly available pages of the website you ask us to audit — the homepage, sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt, and public buyer pages. We never access anything behind a login.

Third-party services

Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and the AI and search providers named above. Each processes only what it needs to do its job.

Data retention and deletion

We keep paid project data while your account is active. Free audit projects are deleted after 30 days if the account has not upgraded. Close your account or ask us, and we delete your data. You can request a copy of your data anytime.
